1. About These Terms
These Terms apply when you visit or purchase from MahalWeb.
In these Terms:
- Store means MahalWeb.
- xPage Drop means xPage Drop LLC.
- Seller means the independent merchant operating the Store.
- Fulfillment Partner means a third-party supplier, manufacturer, warehouse or carrier.
- You means the buyer.
- We, us and our mean the Store and, where it handles the transaction, xPage Drop.
The Store is operated by an independent Seller. xPage Drop provides customer support and may handle checkout, payments, fraud screening, refunds, order administration and fulfillment coordination.
The party identified as the merchant at checkout or in your order confirmation is your contractual seller. Where no separate merchant is identified, xPage Drop is the merchant of record for the transaction.
2. Eligibility and Store Use
You must have the legal capacity to place an order. Age-restricted products may only be purchased by buyers who meet the applicable age requirements. You must not:
- Use false identity, payment or delivery information.
- Place fraudulent or unauthorized orders.
- Interfere with the Store's operation or security.
- Use the Store for unlawful activity.
- Evade geographic, age, sanctions or product restrictions.
- Copy, scrape or commercially reuse Store content without permission.
We may restrict access or cancel orders where fraud, abuse or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected.
3. Products
We aim to present product descriptions, photographs, sizes, colors and specifications accurately. Minor differences may occur because of screen settings, lighting, manufacturing batches, packaging changes or manual measurements. These differences do not affect your rights where a product is defective, unsafe, incorrect or materially different from its description.
You are responsible for reviewing product dimensions, compatibility, warnings and usage instructions before ordering.
Product reviews and promotional content do not create guarantees beyond the product description, any express warranty and rights provided by law.
4. Prices, Currency and Taxes
Prices and the transaction currency are shown before checkout.
Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or international transaction fees. These charges are not controlled by the Store or xPage Drop.
Applicable sales taxes may be collected at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes or brokerage charges will be handled according to the rule shown before purchase:
Customs and duties: Orders above €150 may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, payable by the customer upon delivery.
5. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Receiving an order-confirmation email means that the order was received, not necessarily that it was finally accepted. Orders may be reviewed for:
- Payment authorization.
- Fraud or chargeback risk.
- Product availability.
- Pricing or technical errors.
- Delivery restrictions.
- Sanctions or legal restrictions.
We may reject or cancel an order for a legitimate reason. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the affected amount will be refunded.
A materially different replacement will not be sent without your approval.
6. Pricing Errors and Availability
We may correct obvious pricing, product or availability errors before accepting an order. If a product becomes unavailable, we may:
- Cancel and refund the affected item.
- Offer an alternative for your approval.
- Ask whether you accept a revised fulfillment date.
7. Payments
By placing an order, you authorize the displayed amount to be charged through the selected payment method.
Payment authorization or capture does not guarantee order acceptance.
Payment processing is governed by the Payment and Billing Policy.
8. Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Processing and delivery estimates are shown on the product page, at checkout or in the Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by the Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy. You must contact xPage Drop support and receive written authorization before returning a product.
9. Intellectual Property
Store software, branding, photographs, designs, text and other content may belong to the Store, xPage Drop, manufacturers or licensors.
You may use Store content only for personal shopping purposes.
Intellectual-property complaints must be sent to contact@xpagedrop.com or Contact Us and include sufficient information to identify the protected work and disputed content.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from a consumer purchase.
For claims that may legally be limited, total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product and its associated shipping charge.
11. Governing Law and Complaints
These Terms are governed by Delaware law, except where mandatory law in your country or state provides protections or dispute rights that cannot be removed by contract.

This does not prevent you from contacting a payment provider, regulator, consumer authority or court where permitted by law.
12. Mandatory Rights
Mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction remain applicable. If these Terms conflict with a right that cannot legally be waived, the mandatory right will prevail.
